My personal secret tip: During competition preparation, I mix the Protein 80 Plus with very little water, which gives it an even creamier, pudding-like consistency. In the morning, about 30 minutes before my cardio workout, I take 2-3 servings (4-6 capsules) of Meta Cut. They give me focus and really get me sweating on the StairMaster or treadmill.
